Goblin Shark is a rare sea creature. Also scientifically known as Mitsukurina owstoni, has a soft flabby body with blade shaped long snout. It has fang like teeth and sharp jaws. Goblin Shark's head is unsually shaped. It can grow upto 3.8 meters in length.

Goblin Shark is an endangered species because the number is decreasing from less than 45 that have been documented in scientific journals. It is generally found 1200 meters below the sea level. It is considered as not harmful to humans.

Goblin Shark feeds on crabs, squids and other deep sea fishes. It is assumed to be one of the oldest creature on this earth. Another thing that differentiates Goblin Shark from other sharks is its liver, which is unusually big as compared to other sharks. The reproductive behaviour and life span of the Goblin Shark is still not known to the scientists.

However, it seems that this link has now been removed from the mature celeb site, after an official notice was sent to the site from ESPN's lawyer. It seems that the Erin Andrews peephole video was captured by some notorious element without her consent.

The below statement was issued by Erin's lawyer, requesting people to respect her privacy.

“While alone in the privacy of her hotel room, Erin Andrews was surreptitiously videotaped without her knowledge or consent. She was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similarly violated in the future. Although the perpetrator or perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material. We request respect of Erin’s privacy at this time, while she and her representatives are working with the authorities.”

However, just so that you know, this video has been removed from the internet. XBOX 360 - Repair 3 Red Lights Error

Yesterday was a tough day for me. I got issues with my XBOX 360. It was a 3 redlights error. I was under a great stress, because my XBOX console is out of warranty now. Sending it to Microsoft for repair would have meant a big hole in my pocket. I really did not know what to do now.

Then I just did a quick search on google for "xbox repair" and "xbox 360 repair". I discovered that there were lot of people facing the 3 redlights issue. There were also people facing lot of other issues. I have prepared a list of all these issues and put as tags in this post below, so that if you also happen to face any of these issues you don't panic and be reassured that help is not far away.

On doing a little more research I came across this video, which was really very helpful to view and resolve my problem. It led me to a xbox repair guide which helped me to resolve the 3 redlight issue myself very promptly.

These are the pictures of Goonch Catfish, a monster fish which is believed to have killed a lot of humans in India and Nepal. The Goonch Catfish, is a mutant breed of fish.

It is believed that the Goonch Catfish developed the taste for human flesh by eating the corpses thrown in the water of the Great Kali river, after the funeral ceremonies. This river flows on the Indo - Nepal border.

Biologist Jeremy Wade did some investigations on this monster. As per him, "The locals have told me of a theory that this monster has grown extra large on a diet of partially burnt corpses. It has perhaps got this taste for flesh by feasting on remains of funeral pyres. There will be a few freak individuals that grow bigger than the other ones and if you throw in extra food, they will grow even bigger.”

The goonch catfish grows upto length of six feet and can weigh upto 250 lbs. The one caught by Jeremy Wade wighed 161 lbs and was six feet long.

US Navy Rescues Captain Phillips From Pirates

The captain of a US cargo ship, captured by Somali pirates, was freed on Sunday by the US Navy. Captain Richard Phillip, was rescued after killing three of the four pirates who had captivated the cargo ship.

Captain Phillip is 53 year old and remained as a captive for almost 4 days. One of the four pirates had surrendered to the US Navy, whereas three were killed in cross fire. Alison McColl, an official spokesperson of Maersk Line Ltd., said that this was truly a happy Easter for Captain Phillips' family and they were all really very happy.

According to a CNN report, Captain Phillips was placed aboard the US Navy destroyer ship Brainbridge. He was later shifted to another Navy ship by a helicopter.

Captain Phillip was held in the covered part at the back of the motorised lifeboat. There were three pirates on the boat as well. Fourth pirate had reportedly surrendered to the US Navy early Sunday morning. Only one pirate remained undercover with the held captain.

The pirates are reported to have demanded $2 million ransom for the held Captain Phillips.

A polar bear attacked a woman, at the Berlin Zoo. It is said that this 32 year old woman climbed the fence and jumped into the polar bear's habitat during the feeding time. Despite the efforts of zoo workers, to save the lady, it is reported that one adult polar bear attacked this lady and did bite her arms and legs several times. According to Berlin police officials, zoo workers tossed rescue rings towards the woman in order to hoist her out and distract the bears around her. At one point, it is said that she fell in the water and was grabbed by a bear. But she was fianally saved from the polar bear attack.

Oh what a cute news this is! There is a new resident in The White House. Yes, this new resident is a portuguese water dog. This dog has been given a name by Malia and Sasha, the Obama girls, as 'Bo'.

This portuguese water dog is 6 months old. And it is said that this dog has been gifted to Obama's by Senator Edward Kennedy who himself is a Potuguese water dog lover. President Obama had said in a talk show in January that they have narrowed down their search between a Labradoodle and a Portuguese water dog. Also Michelle Obama, had said in February that April would be the month when their daughters would get a dog.

It was assumed that the Obama's were looking for a hypoallergenic breed. However, the president of Portuguese water dog association is reported to have said that such a dog does not exist. "There really is no hypoallergenic dog. We tell people to spend time around the dogs to make sure they're going to be OK. The hair might not bother them, but the saliva might."

A Phoenix man, who used J Lo's name to make a buck through domain names jenniferlopez.net and jenniferlopez.org, has been asked to transfer the domain names to Jennifer Lopez Foundation, the charity organisation relating to better healthcare for women and children. Though Jeremiah Tieman, the man having registered above domain names, claimed that these were 'fansites' providing news and update about the star. However, World Intellectual Property Oraganisation arbitrator Williams Towns ruled that, "[Tieman] registered two domain names that are identical to the complainant's mark and has used those domain names to attract Internet users to a website from which [he] generates pay-per-click advertising". Jenny had got her name officially registered in U.S. in May 1999.

How Does The Wave Farm Work?

The elongated metal contraptions bob up and down with the waves, while internal pistons, attached to the sea floor, remain stationary and pump hydraulic fluid. This drives electric generators, whose power is brought ashore by underwater electrical cables. The wave farm is now tapping into enough constant, renewable energy to power 1500 homes.

Brazilian Model Dies

Mariana Bridi, a Brazilian model, whose hands and feet had to be amputated due to an infection has died. According to Yahoo News:

The Espirito Santo State Health Secretariat said in the statement she died from complications related to a generalized infection. It was caused by the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which is known to be resistant to multiple kinds of antibiotics.

She fell ill after she was originally diagnosed with kidney stones. She was twice a finalist in the Brazilian stage of Miss World pageant.
